- Congress Alukura by the Grandmothers’ Law [online] Aboriginal and Islander Health Worker Journal (April)
- The Central Australian Aboriginal Congress (CAAC) was concerned about the effect of current birthing policies in the Northern Territory on the health, welfare and human rights of Aboriginal women and their babies. Alukura Program addresses these concerns by providing clinical service, vocational education and training, liaison service, community education, HIV/AIDS project and Health Promotion resources.
