Ingkintja Men’s Shed

An Aboriginal male only place that you can go to yarn, get fit, spend time and learn new skills.

Located at Ingkintja, the Men’s Shed is a culturally and socially safe space to support the wellbeing of Aboriginal men. The Aboriginal men who run Ingkintja are there to help you and can talk to you about what matters to you. Things you can do include:

  • Workout equipment, including weights, boxing and treadmill
  • Workshop to develop and practice new skills
  • Informal, one-on-one and group discussions with clients on life, health, mentoring and motivation
  • Life skill development including cooking, shopping and cleaning skills

Wednesday: 9.30am – 5.00pm
Thursday: 8.30am – 5.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm
Saturday: Closed

Located within Ingkintja, the Men’s Shed is available to males only.
